Network Operations Centre (NOC) Technicians

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the network 24/7 on a shift system.
• Detect service issues and attempt to handle them before they affect customers.
• Interface with customers.
• Track e-mail and service requests in the ticketing system to ensure that customer requests are being handled in a timely manner.
• Execute escalation procedures.
• Be willing to work on projects and attend training sessions.

Candidates should possess:

• Strong computer skills and demonstrated proficiency and experience utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, Linux and Windows based OS and software, Networking skills and ability to navigate the Internet.
• Excellent customer service skills and good reading comprehension.
• Strong analytical skills..
• Ability to multi-task and work under extreme pressure.
• Committed to display a passion for surpassing goals through collaboration and multiple intelligences.
