TELECOMMUNICATIONS ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- Managing an international telecommunications infrastructure
- Integrating large scale enterprise client solutions with a global IP/MPLS backbone
- Managing multi-service edge switch functions
- Providing presales engineering support
- Collaborating with switch and billing engineers to ensure core network interoperability and carrier grade service for voice and data transmissions.
Candidates should possess:
- A degree in electrical engineering, operations research or computer science
- A minimum of five years' technical experience in the telecommunications field, including experience in leading the network design of large scale enterprise/service provider networks
- Working knowledge of telecommunications and routing protocols
- Strong customer service orientation.
MARKETING MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Developing, implementing and assessing strategic marketing plans for existing and new services
- Positioning the Company to capitalise on market opportunities
- Effectively managing the marketing and communications mix
- Leading and managing the Company's direct sales efforts
- Planning and achieving marketing and sales projections
- Market research and analysis.
Candidates should possess:
- Expertise in an array of marketing functions, including strategic planning, market research, advertising and promotions, media relations, event planning and sales
- A minimum of four years' technical experience in marketing, of which at least one must have been at managerial level
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, project management and creative skills
- Good leadership and organizational skills.
TECHNICAL MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Managing the construction, implementation and maintenance of an international, carrier grade voice and data network and operations centre
- Planning, organizing and directing the engineering function of the Company
- Developing and implementing network strategic plans
- Maintenance of network quality.
Candidates should possess:
- A degree in electrical engineering, operations research or computer science
- A minimum of eight years' technical experience in the telecommunications field
- A proven track record in leadership and management
- Experience with next generation and legacy telecommunications and routing protocols
- Experience with IP-based voice architectures and switching function
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
